Cucumbers: Several plants in each 4″ Rootmaker Pot. Each pot makes one ‘hill’. Do not take apart but plant as a group. Plants will be ready May 6. Protect from frost.
Burpless: 48 days. High yields of 10 to 12″ long dark green cucumbers. A dual purpose non-bitter cucumber that can be used fresh in salads or pickled. Cucumbers are sweet, burpless, bitter-free, and skins require no peeling. Compact semi-bush type plants produce continually all season long. One of the most disease resistant cucumber on the market.
Marketmore 76: 58 days. A popular easy-to-grow open pollinated variety. 8-9″ fruits are dark green. A standard in cucumbers for many years, Marketmore 76 provided Seedtime & Harvest with many bushels of slicing cucumbers.
Pickling: 55 days. This high-yielding pickler produces 3–4 1/2″, dark green fruits with the classic blocky shape. Consistent in quality, the fruits have good flavor and the firm texture needed to make great pickles. Very good disease resistance.
Picolino: 50 days. Seeds are very expensive (10 seeds for $7.75.) A prolific and tasty cocktail cucumber with glossy, thin, dark green skin. Best harvested at 4-5 inches. A perfectly delicious snacking cucumber sold as European-style cucumbers.
